This is my 100th post on my blog Journey of khushi .. from happiness to happiness.  The journey started with so called happiness.. and has reached some real happiness today. I am looking to the world with some different angle, all together a new perception… and that has changed the destination.. the happiness.. definition of the happiness.

Thank you God for sending so many angels, my friends, to share and guide me through out the journey.

Meryl Steinberg a Beautiful question. Trauma and deep grief often crack the ego and open our hearts like nothing else can. It’s odd to have feeling of sadness that are also tender and light. Complex being we are.

Khushi Keswani Even I do! just look at the sky and laugh “I knew it!! You are becoming predictable God!!” . But, its not natural. As Monika Dhodhi said, after a level of saturation. I often feel “no more tears left”. Tilak Sarkar : yeah, as they do in laughter club to fight with stress/anxiety/sorrow/trauma. Meryl Steinberg : Yeah we are complex being.
